Vision Dance Academy is led by Drushti Moundekar, a professional dancer and Celebrity Assistant Choreographer with experience in movies and award shows. With strong industry exposure, she has worked behind the scenes on large-scale productions and high-profile stage performances.
Her professional journey includes assisting in film choreography, award show performances, and large stage productions. She also specializes in wedding choreography, creating elegant, confident, and performance-ready routines for couples and families.
Under her leadership, VDA combines industry-level choreography standards with structured academy training, ensuring students receive both technical knowledge and real performance exposure.

Anshul Ghawade serves as the Manager and Assistant Choreographer at Vision Dance Academy, playing a pivotal role in transforming wedding celebrations into unforgettable stage experiences. With over five years of dedicated experience in wedding choreography and event execution, he combines creative artistry with structured management to deliver seamless performances.
Working closely with senior choreographers, he specializes in curating Sangeet productions, bridal and groom entries, couple performances, and large-scale family dance acts. His expertise lies not only in choreography but also in performance planning, team coordination, music conceptualization, and on-ground execution.
Anshul believes that wedding choreography is more than steps — it is about storytelling, emotion, and creating moments that families cherish for a lifetime. His approach focuses on precision, elegance, and high-energy stage presence, ensuring every performance feels grand, confident, and beautifully organized.
From rehearsals to final spotlight execution, he ensures every detail reflects professionalism and celebration.
